UCA affiliate urgent care centers treat over 350,000 patients annually and that number continues to increase. The data that such a large database creates is analyzed and generically presented to clients in the form of metrics that highlight for each areas of potential improvement and highlighting strengths. Examples include: average billed charges, average encounters per provider, average payment per paid claim, payor mix percentages. The database creates even more information and the data metrics staff at UCA regularly access and analyze the information to come up with additional metrics to monitor and present.There is no other such service in the United States.
