Urgent Care America was founded in April, 2008. In January of 2009, UCA acquired the assets of Urgent Care Billing and Collections ("UCBCA") out of Prairieville, LA. UCBCA had been operation since 2001. Later in 2009, UCA acquired the assets of The Lohman Group ("TLG"). TLG had been in operation since 1997.

Urgent Care America provides a host of services to urgent care centers that are detailed in our website. The centerpiece of our services is the billing and collections services which is further enhanced with the consulting, coding and credentialing components.

Urgent Care America does not currently own urgent care centers nor has it invested in any. This model may change over time due to multiple requests from clients to invest in their operations.
