UCA is currently seeking a Director of Business Development to lead efforts in all markets.  A successful candidate will have a proven track record in territory development.  This position will be accountable for strategic growth plans through new clinic start ups, manage care consulting, and urgent care billing and collections. A successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the Medical Industry and be able to travel to various industry specific trade shows.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conducts market research relating to all potential opportunities of existing urgent care clinics. Prepares analysis of opportunity and joint opportunities.
  • Establishes relationships through initial introductions, on-site evaluations of markets, urgent care and hospital association meetings
  • Tracks potential opportunities and cultivates potential growth
  • Collaborates with Executive Team to develop proposals
  • Knowledge of profit & loss balance sheet statements for use in comparative analysis. Reviews financial impacts of individual services and other factors that influence revenue
  • Accountable for recommendation to UCA development committee
  • Responsible for creating partnership proposals, initiation of all letters of intent, leases, joint venture agreements, acquisition purchase documents and all business development matters
  • Collaboration of each department at the corporate office and local markets to ensure a successful transaction during all implementations and partnerships.
  • Special Projects as needed.
