Recognition Programs

UCA recognizes the achievements of all that contribute in a special way to the success of the healthcare delivery model that it presents.

By launching to the national forefront, UCA, in turn, places its staff and professionals at that same level bringing visability and opportunity for the highest levels of achievement.

UCA subscribes to recognition programs in the following areas:

Center of the Quarter

Each quarter, UCA spotlights the affiliated Center that achieves the highest ranking in quality, volume and financial measurements. These measurements are designed to provide the most robust of metrics designed to acknowledge achievement at all levels of performance by all affiliated centers.

Awards are be presented, press releases issued and postings on the UCA websites will all acknowledge these achievements.

Physician of the Quarter

Metrics regarding productivity, quality measurements and patient satisfaction all contribute to the selection of the physician of the quarter for the company.

Employee of the Quarter

All non-physician employees are eligible for this acknowledgment by recommendation of the physicians affiliated with each center. Written recommendations are evaluated by the Selection Committee and a selection made each quarter of the year.
